WILLIAMS PROPERTIES

Williams Properties is one of the owners of the American Institute of Healthcare and Fitness building. Located within AIHF, the streamlined office was designed for one person and an assistant to be a comfortable, handsome open space. The floor is composed of acid-stained concrete that mimics the warm feel of leather.  A palette of leather, metal and warm colors lends itself to a stimulating and professional yet personal environment. Instead of typical office furnishings, Centrepoint worked with Williams to discover commercial grade furniture and lighting at a residential interiors company to fit this motif.
