| The American Institute of Healthcare & Fitness is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system including a 40,000 square foot health fitness center with an indoor pool and gymnasium in addition to offices for a multitude of healthcare providers.
The building is sited on a sixteen acre heavily wooded sloping property with a five acre pond, providing a tranquil atmosphere for its clientele. The total facility is approximately 187,000 square feet and construction cost was $25M. This project won the 2007 Sir Walter Raleigh Award for tree and Landscape conservation and the 2007 Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Eagle Award in the $20-$50 Healthcare category |
