| Seaboard Station is an exterior upfit and renovation to an existing warehouse building. Influenced by visual cues throughout historic Seaboard, the exposed mechanical units were concealed in a new steel frame and translucent material to act as light beacon and serve as signage for commercial and retail tenants. New awnings and storefront were built into the existing structure. Similar treatment was implemented at the Peace Street entrance to visually tie the building together and draw people through the spaces. |
